How to book

We aim to make the booking and administration procedure as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to secure your booking at Peat Rigg.

  1. Phone or Email to discuss your requirements, arrange a trial visit or see what dates are available.
  2. Provisionally book the dates you require.
    Download the booking forms (contains a group booking form, the conditions of booking and an individual details form). We will write to confirm your provisional booking and send an invoice for the deposit due.
  3. To secure your booking please return the completed booking form and the deposit.
  4. Please forward an 'individual details form' for each person attending the course (including staff).
  5. We will issue you with an invoice during the course.
  6. The invoice must be paid within four weeks of attending the course.
