- Waterproof jacket and trousers if you have them.
- Warm jumpers or fleece jackets.
- T shirts or shirts.
- Old trousers or tracksuit bottoms.
- Plenty of underwear.
- Plenty of socks (not only trainer socks).
- At least 3 pairs of training shoes or similar.
- Casual clothes for around the centre.
- Wash kit.
- Towel.
- Nightwear.
- Swimming costume.
- Shorts and suncream (summer).
- Warm hat and glove (autumn, winter, spring).
- Thermal clothing (winter).
- Dustbin liner (for wet/smelly clothes).
- A small amount of money for sweets, cards etc.
Your might also like to bring:
- A camera.
- A torch.
Remember to bring any medication that you require.
Over 16's who smoke are reminded that Peat Rigg is quite remote and there are no shops nearby - so bring plenty or use it as a chance to give up!
